Payment Information: We use Dodo Payments for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card or financial information on our servers. All payment transactions and subscription management are handled directly by Stripe.

User Content (Local Processing): Images you upload for visualization are processed locally on your device. We do not store or access your images unless you explicitly choose to create a shared link, in which case the image is securely uploaded to our servers to facilitate sharing.
🛒 Shopify Merchants
If you install WrapStudio from the Shopify App Store, we collect and process additional information to provide our services:
Store Information: Your Shopify store domain, store name, and email address to identify your account and provide support.
Product Data: We access your product catalog (titles, images, IDs) to enable the 3D mockup functionality on your product pages.
Metafields: We store configuration data (product rules, branding settings) in Shopify metafields attached to your shop and products.
Customer Orders: The 3D preview runs in your customer's browser. When an order contains a WrapStudio item, we process the order and line-item information needed to attribute usage and deliver its print-ready files.
Shopify API Access: We use Shopify's Admin API to read product information and write configuration metafields. We request only the minimum permissions required.
Uninstallation: Uninstalling WrapStudio triggers immediate, permanent deletion of the shop's installation, configuration, projects, uploaded and generated files, billing and usage history, and delivery records from our systems. Reinstalling creates a new, empty account.
Data collected through the Shopify App is processed in accordance with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and App Store requirements.
