1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WrapStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WrapStudio provides a web-based tool for visualizing and editing canvas wraps in 3D. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with various features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

🔒 4. User Content & Privacy

You retain full ownership of your images. Images are processed locally in your browser. If you choose to use the 'Share' feature, you grant us a limited license to host and display the image solely for the purpose of providing the shared link functionality. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid services are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

🛒 Shopify App Terms

The following additional terms apply if you use WrapStudio through the Shopify App Store:

  • Shopify Billing: Subscriptions purchased through Shopify are billed via your Shopify account. Billing terms, refunds, and cancellations are subject to Shopify's billing policies.
  • App Permissions: By installing the app, you authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy, including product information and shop metafields.
  • Merchant Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring images uploaded by your customers do not violate any laws or third-party rights. You agree to have appropriate terms on your store regarding customer uploads.
  • App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes WrapStudio's store installation, configuration, projects, uploaded assets, generated files, billing and usage records, and delivery history for that shop. Shopify removes the app's theme app blocks separately. This deletion is irreversible; reinstalling starts with a new, empty WrapStudio account.
  • Service Availability: The 3D preview functionality depends on your customer's browser capabilities. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers. Though all modern browsers and most of the older devices are supported.

Your use of the Shopify App is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and acceptable use policies.

6. Account Termination & Subscription Forfeiture

If you choose to delete your account, this action is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion:

  • All your data, projects, and personal information will be permanently erased.
  • Your active subscription will be immediately cancelled.
  • You forfeit any remaining time on your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, will be issued for the Cancelled subscription.
  • If you create a new account in the future, you will need to purchase a new subscription at the then-current rate.

6. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

All content, features, and functionality of WrapStudio (including but not limited to the 3D visualization engine, design, software, and code) are the exclusive property of WrapStudio and are protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service. Any unauthorized use or "cloning" of the service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

WrapStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
